You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment, with a full refund of the value of unused tokens. Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code guarantees 7 days; we apply 14 days to every customer, wherever they are.
- Tokens already consumed are not refundable, since the corresponding service was delivered.
- Example: you bought 100, used 30, and request a refund within 5 days → we refund the value of 70.
